The location is unbeatable and magnificent, 1 mile from Family Kingdom Amusement Park. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to other in the area. The staff are helpful and really care about the guests.

Dirty and room smelled like cigarettes

The view from the balcony was stunning, but the lack of an elevator was a major inconvenience for us. Our stay felt much more like a struggle than a vacation.

I recommend this hotel, prices within reach of everyone, the service staff, very friendly, very comfortable rooms, cleaning, there is access to many things, very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, water parks and attractions, even Walmart on the corner of the same hotel. It is a very good option to rest with your family and friends, relax, and have a good time. I would definitely come back and recommend it. Thank you

That the hotel's swimming pool would remain open a little longer, forgiving the security workers who are in charge of looking after it, surrounding areas

It has a very attractive view. The pool was clean, there were other people using it. There were good cooking utensils. The kitchen worked very well.

The place is close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the beach. Our room was clean with a kitchenette, great for meals. Pro tip, be sure to communicate any pet details at check-in. Staff were really friendly and check-in was easy.
